Pat has over 40 years of experience in management, operations, safety systems and security across construction, hospitality and event management sectors. He has extensive government and non-government sector experience in operations, security and event management including strategic planning, risk planning, change management, business management, Site construction safety management, operational improvement, development and implementation of safe systems of work and Human Resource Management.

Pat has delivered services both nationally and internationally for organisations such as Nitro Circus, QUDOS Bank Arena, ICC Sydney, BHP, X Games and various concerts/festivals including Hope estate, Roche Estate, Lovedale long lunch, Country music festival, Gumball festival and A Day on the Green.  Pat has also worked on many concert tours including 1 Direction’s Aus tour, Keith Urban, Hill top Hoods CMC Music festival.

Pat is a qualified quality auditor and trainer and assessor who possess strong communication and operational skills. He is a hands-on operator that is passionate about the identification and delivery of boutique services that are customised to client needs, delivering best practice Risk management, Security and WHS systems.

Pat is a Technical Specialist in Risk Management, Safety, Security and Event Management.

Pat has extensive experience in providing security management and trained personnel for large and small concerts all over Australia.

he also provides Tour Security Management and WHS management services as well as auditing duties for a number of clients.

Qualifications:  Diploma of Quality Auditing, Diploma of Security and Risk Management, Advanced Diploma of Integrated Risk Management, Diploma of Work Health and Safety, Advanced Diploma of Program Management, Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management, Diploma of Project Management, Certificate IV in Training Assessment, Trade Qualified Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic.
