Corporate Venue & Event Management has developed an Occupational Health, Safety and Rehabilitation system.
This has been developed as part of CVEM¿s commitment to excellence in all areas of business and will be a significant factor in CVEM¿s ability to complete projects safely. The Company has an established Occupational Health Safety and Rehabilitation policy, and all safety systems and procedures will be constantly monitored and updated.
These activities will be coordinated by the OH&S Manager, in conjunction with OH&S Coordinators in each venue. Corporate Venue & Event Management Pty Limited realises that its performance while working on a site also reflects on that of the client. CVEM is committed to doing everything possible to maintain its excellent Occupational Health and Safety record and to also preserve that of the client.
The following aspects of this policy are worthy of note:

Instruction, supervision and training is provided throughout all levels of the organisation including Management, Supervisors, Operatives, and Workplace Safety Representatives.

All personnel and subcontractors are briefed on the expectations of all parties in relation to OHS&R at the time of engagement and during their activities within or for the Company.

CVEM will actively participate in the development of OHS&R practices in the Company through Occupational Health & Safety Coordinators, and in the industry through various industry associations.

Staff and subcontractors are provided with further education and training on specific issues such as manual handling, First Aid training and rehabilitation.
CVEM complies with the requirements of the various acts and regulations on all sites. This includes such issues as induction programs, emergency systems, evacuation systems, rehabilitation programs, safety training and monitoring system.
