Event Management
Several of the companies senior staff and managers have extensive experience in the management of high profile events, i.e.: Event Managers, Supervisors and Fire Wardens for the Newcastle Entertainment Centre, Energy Australia Stadium, Stadium Australia and the Sydney Superdome.

Our team have managed and coordinated crowds in excess of 100,000 people and managed Australia's largest and most frequented venues. CVEM have the ability to develop Standard Operational Procedures (SOP¿s), Emergency Evacuation and Disaster Management Plans for events and site specific processes for your venue. We are sure that CVEM can provide the quality for a venue such as yours.

Entertainment / Hospitality Industry
Corporate Venue & Event Management personnel have extensive experience in the hospitality and entertainment industries. All CVEM personnel have undergone Responsible Service of Alcohol [RSA] training and also participate in responsible gaming seminars. We are able to provide personnel experienced in bar management, tray service, cellar work, and door duties. CVEM¿s management are proficient in these areas and are committed to the further development of our staff, and in turn your venue.

Engineering & Maintenance
Corporate Venue & Event Management have over 20 years¿ experience in the engineering industry. We can offer advice in the maintenance and operations of air-conditioning units, fluid control systems, electrical and fire protection programs. To be knowledgeable in all of these components allows us to provide a safe and secure environment for patrons and your staff. As part of our duty, CVEM will develop a safety checklist that will be completed by our staff, during their regular patrols throughout your venue.

Training
Corporate Venue & Event Management possess a category two (2) trainer and Certificate IV in Risk Management with experience in developing and delivering various training programs. CVEM is accredited with WorkCover to provide OH&S workplace committee training and Construction Induction Courses. CVEM has also been involved in the development of OH&S systems for companies including their implementation and continual monitoring. All CVEM personnel will continue to develop via traineeships and educational seminars (industry specific).

Occupational Health & Safety
Corporate Venue & Event Management will complete the necessary risk evaluations for you and your security area, and assist you with the implementation of these procedures. As Corporate Venue & Event Management also have WorkCover accredited trainers on staff, we are also able to offer services to develop a safety induction training program that can be used, not only for security, but for other staff employed at your sites.

Performance Monitoring
CVEM is able to establish a series of checks to enable credible evaluation of the performance of the overall security operation we provide. These checks have a two-fold benefit. The first is that you are able to judge the company¿s performance, and secondly, that we as a company can monitor the performance of our staff, to ensure that they are constantly delivering the standard of service that we expect of them.
